Privacy Notice
Updated October 2026
F13 Software, Inc. operates this waitlist. This notice explains the information used to operate the F13x coming-soon site and how to contact us about privacy requests.
Waitlist information
We process the email address you submit, age affirmation, referral attribution, signup time and waitlist status to operate invitations and conditional promotional offers. We may process a limited IP-derived country, a keyed security correlation identifier, a random first-party security cookie identifier, browser signals, Turnstile result and timestamps to enforce country eligibility, prevent abuse and review referrals. The security cookie is session-scoped, supports abuse review, and is separate from referral attribution; referral codes are not remembered across visits. A separate first-party consent identifier and choice cookie can remember your optional analytics and advertising-measurement choices for six months. When server recording succeeds, a consent event records the chosen categories, notice version, time and source. If server recording is unavailable, an essential-only refusal may be remembered in your browser; an opt-in is not activated until server recording succeeds. With no valid choice recorded, analytics remains off. Suspicious signups may be held for owner review; we do not treat a shared IP address alone as proof of fraud.
F13x account and beta eligibility
When beta access and account creation are enabled, the waitlist records needed to verify eligibility and preserve referral attribution may be transferred to the F13x account platform. This can include your email address, waitlist membership/review state, referral code and relationship, and applicable eligibility decisions. Beta access requires signing in to an F13x account with a verified email address that matches an active, approved waitlist record. A referral link or typed email address alone does not grant access. The F13x account platform applies its own account, payment and privacy terms.
Optional analytics and email-open measurement
Google Analytics (measurement ID G-73FW0P4W2M) is disabled unless you grant permission. Email-open measurement is off by default. If you explicitly allow it at signup or through email preferences, a one-pixel image may record one estimated open per message. We do not store the request IP address or user-agent for this measurement; email security and privacy features may fetch images automatically, so an open is only an estimate. Withdrawing optional analytics permission stops future collection where technically possible. Refusing or withdrawing optional analytics or email-open measurement does not end waitlist membership or affect promotional eligibility. Email-open preference changes stop future measurements, including from previously sent messages. Google or Meta advertising tracking is not installed on this page by this notice.
Email and withdrawal
Joining requests email-based beta and account-creation invitations and product-preview emails about F13x. You may leave using the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email. Leaving removes you from the active waitlist, cancels your pending waitlist promotional offers, and cancels any pending referral reward attributable to your signup for the person who referred you. This is a withdrawal request, not a finding of fraud. It does not remove credits already issued by the main F13x platform. If you later request to rejoin, a one-time email confirmation must be completed before the existing record and any eligible offers are restored. Unsubscribing marks your existing record as Withdrawn and suppresses queued waitlist email; it does not erase the record immediately. We retain the email address, original referral attribution, withdrawal state and relevant review/audit history so the same address cannot create a duplicate record, the program can enforce its reward rules, and you can request a mailbox-confirmed rejoin to the same record. Pending waitlist offers are cancelled and no further waitlist messages are queued while you remain withdrawn. Data is not automatically purged on a fixed campaign date; the owner manages retention and deletion. Backups may persist until their normal lifecycle ends.
