F13x Waitlist Terms

Waitlist participation
The F13x waitlist is an email-based service for beta-access and account-creation invitations. You must be at least 18 years old to join. By joining, you request beta-access and account-creation invitations and product-preview emails about F13x. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Leaving removes you from the active waitlist, cancels your pending waitlist promotional offers, and cancels any pending referral reward attributable to your signup for the person who referred you. This is a withdrawal request, not a finding of fraud. It does not remove credits already issued by the main F13x platform. Pending offers are conditional promotional entitlements, not credits already issued to an F13x account.
A withdrawn member may request rejoining and must confirm access to the email address on file through a time-limited link. The existing record and original referral attribution are retained; eligible offers are reevaluated and existing review decisions still apply. Rejoining does not create a second waitlist record or override a fraud rejection.
Referral rewards
Referral count is unlimited. For each of the first five eligible waitlist referrals, the referrer may earn 100 credits after the referred person creates a verified F13x account, ordered by verified account creation. For each additional eligible waitlist referral, the referrer may earn 100 credits once the referred person completes their first successful purchase transaction for credits. Each referred person can generate a referrer reward only once, including after repeat purchases. A referred person in an eligible referral may qualify for 50 promotional credits after verified account creation without making a purchase. Rewards are subject to eligibility and fraud review. Confirmed fraud intended to obtain credits, including bot signups, burner-email farming or self-referrals, results in waitlist removal and cancellation of pending promotional credits and referral rewards. If fraud is confirmed after credits have been issued, the main F13x account system will remove any remaining promotional-credit balance; credits already spent will not be debited from the account. A shared IP alone is not proof of fraud. A chargeback reverses the purchase-based referrer reward. Promotional credits are non-transferable, non-cash and non-refundable.
Promotional credits do not expire. Joining does not guarantee beta admission, account creation or issuance of promotional credits.
VIP Queue Priority
Five approved eligible waitlist referrals qualify for provisional VIP Queue Priority, subject to later account verification and continued eligibility. For this program, the closed beta soft launch is LaunchAt and counts as the official launch. VIP Queue Priority applies to beta access and the official launch, and expires 30 days after LaunchAt; a later expansion to public access does not reset or extend the expiry.
Privacy and tracking
Analytics, advertising measurement and email-open measurement are separate optional choices and do not affect waitlist eligibility.
